The first day of the Nursing and Care Giving program for elderly care started at our Nobles center in Egypt – Cairo. It is a training center for our ministry in Egypt, in partnership with Together organization and other local partners.
45 Sudanese refugees attended the training. The session was from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This was the first activity of the program.
The day included lessons about psychological support and trauma care, as well as medical lessons that help understand the basics of elderly care.
The program will continue for 3 months. It aims to train the participants and help them find job opportunities in elderly care in Egypt.
We thank all our partners for your support and prayers. We pray that God continues to use this work to help many people.
As part of our commitment to empowering vulnerable groups with meaningful skills and dignified livelihood opportunities, The Virtuous Woman has launched a specialized training program preparing sudanese participants to serve in elderly care.
The program began with the selection and initial engagement of 50 women who are being prepared to enroll in a comprehensive caregiving and first aid training. This initiative aims to equip them with the skills needed to support elderly individuals—monitoring conditions such as blood pressure, diabetes, and common illnesses—while providing compassionate and holistic care.
Beyond technical training, the program carries a deeper mission: to transform participants from performing basic cleaning roles into caregivers who bring comfort, dignity, and human connection to those they serve. They are being equipped not only to assist physically, but also to provide emotional support and companionship, becoming a light in the lives of the elderly.
Due to the financial vulnerability of the participants, this program is currently 100% funded through donations, as they are unable to cover the cost of training.
The program will initially enroll 50 participants in its first cohort, who will receive:
* Comprehensive Medical Training: Including first aid and practical caregiving skills such as safe patient movement, hygiene care, and handling complex elderly care situations.
* Psychosocial Support Program: Preparing participants emotionally and psychologically to serve with resilience and empathy.
* Weekly Full-Day Training Sessions: Conducted once a week over a period of three months.
* Full Support Package: Including meals during training days, necessary supplies, training venue, and access to highly qualified trainers in both medical and psychological fields.
This initiative reflects our vision to create sustainable impact—equipping women with practical skills, restoring dignity in their work, and enabling them to provide holistic care that meets both the physical and emotional needs of the elderly.
In Egypt, Lebanon, and Syria, thousands of children face winters without warmth, days without enough food, and holidays without the joy every child deserves. For them, Christmas is often a distant dream.
This year, we can change that. With your support, we can bring warmth, hope, and happiness into their lives through simple gifts, sweaters, toys, and food, that show them they are seen, loved, and remembered.
Our goal is to reach 600 children at $25 per child, with a total target of $15,000. Every donation brings a child closer to a brighter, joyful Christmas.
You have the power to make this season unforgettable for children who need it most. Join us in turning hardship into hope, and despair into joy.
Donate today and be the reason a child smiles
this Christmas.
Thank you to our partners for joining and helping in Back to School 2025 and bringing a smile to every child.

As a new school year begins, countless children around the world eagerly prepare to step into classrooms filled with hope and dreams. Yet, for thousands of refugee children in Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq, that simple joy feels out of reach. Many have lost their homes, their stability, and even the comfort of a schoolbag filled with supplies to help them learn.
This year, Roads of Success is on a mission to change that. With your help, we can provide 1,000 children with fully stocked backpacks—each filled with everything they need to walk confidently into school. These are not just bags; they are lifelines of hope, dignity, and opportunity for children who have already endured so much hardship.
Our goal is to raise $25,000, enough to ensure every one of these children has a backpack in their hands and a reason to smile on their first day of school. Your support means a child won’t have to sit in class empty-handed or miss out on education because their family simply cannot afford supplies.
Together, we can tell these young ones, “Your future matters. You are not forgotten.”
Please consider making a generous gift today to give hope and opportunity to 1,000 refugee children this school year.
