Last Days to Give the Underprivileged in 2022

Dear Friends of Roads of Success,

As we approach the end of the year, I want to wish you a blessed New Year and express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for all your generous support throughout 2022.

Before the clock strikes midnight on Friday, many families will be left with a few clothes on their backs in the cold and dark places in the Middle East. Temperatures in many parts of the Middle East are rapidly dropping to below-freezing degrees and many families are still in need of basic supplies to make it through the winter.

Sadly, over the last three years, several children passed away, and for this not to be repeated again, we urgently need to raise funds for clothing, basic supplies, and gas used for stoves and warmth.

We’ve made an incredible progress to support them and send them the necessary aid they need this past year, and we’re gearing up to do even more in 2023.

Last Days to Give the Underprivileged in 2022

Will you join us?

Your tax-deductible gift will help save children, women, men, and the elderly in need. Give now to help make 2023 a better year for those in need. All donations received before 12:00 midnight on Friday will count towards your 2022 tax-deductible contribution.

ROS Humanitarian Trip in Lebanon 13th of October Update

ROS Humanitarian Trip in Lebanon

Our dear partners, thank you so much for your support.
Today, We want to share with you the news of the humanitarian trip in Lebanon:

Over the last few days, we set up mobile clinics in the Kurdish Church and the Church of Rich Life in Bourj Hammoud where our medical team, accompanied by Dr. Yvette El-Bayadi, received more than 500 patients.

Most of our patients were mainly women and children.
Our medical team included an ophthalmologist, a gynaecologist, a psychiatrist,
a physiotherapist, and a general practitioner.

Free medications were distributed by our medical staff to all patients in need.
We also paid special service visits to 16 Syrian and Armenian refugee families.

The visits included spiritual services and the distribution of food rations for each family.
Sunday schools services were conducted for children and a special program for the clown uncle Kombush was included. We also distributed books and gifts to all children after providing them with some much -needed quality time of fun and happiness.
Please mention us in your prayers so that we can truly fulfil the purpose of this mission; according to the heart of God.

To be part of these events, donate now at the following link: https://www.roadsofsuccess.org/donate.

Today, we are going to be leaving going to Kurdistan. So please pray for the team and pray for Lebanon.

Pray for Lebanon!

In the last few days, the situation in Lebanon has been spiraling out of control towards escalating violence that is threatening to lead to civil war. It is an agony to see the utter expressions of sorrow and pain, crying, and beating chests.

The unprecedented crisis is due to the compound effects of Beirut blast, economic collapse, and COVID-19 pandemic. This is alongside political corruption and mismanagement crisis response. Such crisis occurs on a background of turbulent history and complex regional geopolitical context including the Syrian refugee crisis, and ongoing influence of foreign actors.

The Road of Success can hear the screaming voices of the grieving families and stunned victims with the screeching sirens of ambulances. We are, also, told about the smell of the smoking ruins.  We can also see the chaos of divisions, powerlessness of leaders, corruption, and the surge of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Please pray for Lebanon, pray for:

  • A mother who suffers the lack of food and shelter
  • A mother who can’t afford medication for her children’s treatment
  • An intervention to end the shedding of innocent blood
  • A extinguishing the pain from the hearts who mourn the death of loved ones
  • Gifts of compassion and peace upon Lebanon and its people
  • Intervention to rekindle the light of hope in a land plagued by sever economic and political crisis

Humanitarian Work in Lebanon & Northern Iraq

Humanitarian Work in Lebanon & Northern Iraq

The situation in Lebanon and Iraq is in an unprecedented collapse. Amidst the persisting political vacuum, everything is starting to disappear from the Iraqi and Lebanese market at an alarming rate. Further, with inflation and the ongoing deterioration of the currency, people who can afford to buy medication are stocking up. It is worrying and scary that food supply, gas, electricity are dwindling and hospitals are shutting down their doors due to the shortage of electricity and proper supplies. Therefore, people are dying because there is no medical service for thousands of people who are seeking humanitarian assistance to access healthcare services.

Our team at Roads of Success medical clinic is shattered hearted while witnessing this terrible condition. Hence, we are over-stretching our outreach by opening more clinics to provide reproductive healthcare and critical medical supplies. These clinics will see patients and dispense free medication and dry milk for children and adults to at least have the basics. The scene is desperate, with people lining up waiting for hours just to buy bread and fill a tin can with gas.

ROADS OF SUCCESS IS READY TO HELP

As you receive this update we are planning and packing with a team from Egypt and America to bring hope to vulnerable Lebanese and Iraqis in need of life saving inpatient medical care. War-torn churches have partnered with us to build three new clinics, one for women, one for children, and one for general needs.

We need all and any kind of donations. Please help us send our Roads of Success medical mission and stress-relief team back to Lebanon and Iraq this month. It is time to run the clinics and engage healthcare services to patients who are struggling to survive amid escalating stress and loss.

Our budget for continuing in the process of connecting with resources on the ground to provide aid for various relief efforts is $40,000, and we must move now.

It’s critical that we get our team back to desperate refugee camps to renew the excellent start Roads of Success began. The team consists of 18 people including doctors, medical assistants, counselors, a clown, musicians, and stress-relief team.

Would you donate to our mobilization efforts to care for families in need?

Your help is making a difference!

The playground you funded earlier has actually dropped the suicide rate of the refugee camp. The steps which have been taken were for  near zero.1400 children who were falling apart with down hearts to use the playground for hours each day – they have something to live for as they play.

This mercy mission is collecting the needed budget, but we are in a dire need for a humanitarian response and a financial sustainability to pay for transportation and supplies as soon as possible.

Would you join us in promoting and facilitating the achievement of our mission? What a joy to partner with you in bringing  peace and love to those who suffer during Lebanon and Northern Iraq’s collapse.

Support us to complete our funding drive by 25th of September 2021.

We are grateful that you took the time to consider this need and Donate Now!

ROS Humanitarian Work in Lebanon

Our dear friends and partners,

ROS is  glad to report to you that, with your financial support, we’ve been able to support the people of Lebanon after the tragic explosion that had taken place in Beirut beginning of August 21. We’ve been able to distribute thousands of fresh hot meals and water.

ROS Humanitarian Work in Lebanon

We were also able to repair churches, homes and buildings that have experienced some damage due to the explosion, in addition to supporting those who have lost their income due to the tragedy. Furthermore, we supported five religious buildings, one of which to enable them to purchase medical supplies.

In addition to the above, we were able to send two teams of 8 helpers and doctors from Egypt to Beirut. The teams stayed for 15 days in which they were able to perform medical visits & held a kid’s camps for 40 children and another for 60 children, distribute meals, clothes, gifts, school supplies, and medicine.

This wouldn’t have been made possible without the generosity you’ve given us. Thank you for making a huge difference and impacting the lives of many!
