Empowering Women Through a sewing and tailoring course: Virtuous Woman Program – Cairo

In April 2025, we proudly launched a new sewing and tailoring course through the Virtuous Woman Program in Cairo, designed to equip women with practical skills to support their families and build financial independence. This comprehensive 55-hour course combines both theoretical and hands-on training, teaching students everything from pattern making and fabric cutting to professional-level garment construction.

Held twice a week at our Cairo office, this initiative provides a pathway including a special opportunity: top-performing students will be offered job placements upon graduation.

Thank you for standing with us in creating pathways to empowerment and expanding economic opportunities for women in underserved communities.

Creating Safe Spaces: Sports Day for Youth in Egypt

In Egypt, our Virtuous Woman program hosted a meaningful Sports Day for 65 young people and team members, many of whom come from underserved communities where access to safe recreational spaces is limited. In neighborhoods where youth often play in the streets without structure or support, this event provided a rare opportunity to come together in a secure, welcoming environment. The day featured soccer matches, group activities, and open discussions that encouraged teamwork, confidence, and hope.

It concluded with a short, inspiring film and a reflective moment that left a lasting impact on many of the participants.

Emergency Relief for Sudanese Refugee Children in Egypt

In response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Sudan, Roads of Success extended vital aid to displaced Sudanese children who have found refuge in Egypt. In 2025, our team provided support to 350 refugee children—150 in Cairo’s Ezbet El Haggana area and 200 in Aswan. During our Christmas festival, held in both cities, we distributed new shoes to these children, offering not only necessities but also restoring a sense of dignity and comfort. In the El Koror area of Aswan, we also hosted a community gathering and distributed 100 food bags to families facing acute hardship.

These efforts are part of our broader commitment to standing with refugee families through practical support and unwavering compassion.

Bringing Comfort and Healing to Sudanese Refugees in Egypt

Yvette Isaac led a series of heartfelt outreach sessions with Sudanese refugees who had escaped the violence of civil war and taken refuge in Egypt. These gatherings offered a safe space for women to begin processing the emotional trauma they carried. Through empathy, trauma-informed conversations, and words of encouragement, Ms. Isaac helped plant seeds of healing and renewed hope. Her compassionate presence reminded everyone that they are seen, valued, and capable of rebuilding their futures with strength and dignity.

Celebrating a Legacy of Impact

With love and pride, a powerful tribute was held in Egypt honoring Yvette and Victor Isaac, founders of Roads of Success, for their decades of unwavering ministry, humanitarian work, and cultural impact through music and media. Their service to ancient Christian communities, women, children, and refugees has left a legacy across Egypt and the region. The event gathered key leaders from government and church sectors who shared moving testimonies about the profound societal change inspired by their efforts. Special recognition was given to Yvette’s television programs, which have empowered countless women by addressing real-life challenges and encouraging resilience, dignity, and hope.

This celebration was both a moment of gratitude and a renewed call to continue building a future grounded in compassion, purpose, and service.

Egypt Mission

Our team from Roads of Success (ROS) visited Egypt for a series of impactful meetings, collaborative trainings, and strategic planning sessions to strengthen local operations and expand regional partnerships. Alongside our Egypt-based staff, we explored innovative ways to integrate culturally relevant media tools and music to enhance outreach and uphold the dignity of women and marginalized communities. Key discussions addressed urgent issues such as sexual violence and women’s empowerment, while also building capacity in reporting systems, legal frameworks, and administrative processes. The visit also included community gatherings and speaking engagements that encouraged and uplifted more than 100 Christian women and youth facing ongoing economic hardship. This mission not only broadened our reach in the region but also renewed our shared commitment to unity, purpose, and innovation.

Disaster Relief in Action: Supporting Fire-Affected Families in Southern California

In response to the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires that swept through Southern California, Roads of Success partnered with Veterans for Media & Entertainment in a rapid and compassionate relief effort. Over 30 dedicated volunteers came together to assemble and distribute more than 500 relief boxes, stacked on 20 pallets containing clothing, household essentials, toys, and personal care items. These supplies are now reaching families who have lost everything, offering much-needed comfort and support. This initiative reflects the strength of collaboration, and the vital role community-driven action plays in bringing hope and healing during times of crisis.

On the World Stage: Cannes Film Festival

In May, Roads of Success proudly co-sponsored the World Woman Cannes Agenda at the Cannes Film Festival, in partnership with Countess Chiara Modica Donà dalle Rose, the Donà dalle Rose Foundation, and the World Woman Fund Foundation. This global platform brought together leaders committed to advancing gender equality and defending the rights of women in conflict zones.

ROS Vice President Jacqueline Isaac delivered a keynote address alongside Brazil’s Minister of Culture, the Honorable Margaret Menezes, titled:
“Voices That Lead: A Celebration of Resilience Through Media Storytelling.”
Together, they urged the global community to move beyond symbolic gestures and commit to real, lasting change, harnessing media to dismantle stereotypes and uplift survivor narratives.

Jacqueline also spoke on the panel “Stories That Shift Worlds and Equality,” highlighting ROS’s advocacy initiatives, from the Maraa Fadela television series to campaigns that supported genocide resolutions and cultural transformation. She emphasized the role of inclusive storytelling and the importance of male allies in advancing gender equity.

ROS’s message reached broader audiences through media coverage including Top Italia Radio, Radio du Cinéma, and the Cannes Market Daily Newspaper. Additionally, our documentary Iraq: A Forgotten Hope, produced by Nations Media and featuring ROS, was showcased to raise awareness and rally global support for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence.
